Make Up

Bookings

No booking is secured until booking fee has been paid and confirmation email is received.

All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE - Single appointment makeup clients can reschedule once, given at least 48 hours notice is given,  anything less than the 48 hour mark will result in loss of deposit. No deposits will be held as a credit.  

 

All cancellations must require acknowledgement and confirmation that appointment has been cancelled on our end.
In the event a cancellation is made within the 24 hour period or there is a "no show", entire appointment cost will need to be paid out before booking a future appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is automatically cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited. ​ All no shows will have to pay entire appointment cost before booking a future appointment.

If a service is booked in and client decides to change to another treatment of a lesser value, original service cost will still need to be paid.

 

​ Bridal bookings must pay 50% booking fee upon booking, remaining balance must be paid in full on day of booking. ​

Bridal party bookings are NON REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE. 

If a service is booked in and client decides to change to another treatment of a lesser value or deduct number of faces originally booked, original service cost and balance will still need to be paid out.

COVID-19 INFO

In the event of a lockdown, booking fees are transferable to a new date.

If you have tested positive to COVID or are unwell and can no longer make your appointment, a government issued SMS showing your positive result OR confirmation email of undertaking PCR test (not RATs) will need to be shown as proof in order to hold onto your deposit as a credit.
Deposits will not be credited due to any event cancellations, only if client is directly positive with SMS proof.

Hygiene

Makeup application will be refused if the client arrives to their appointment with any of the following; Cold sores, Eye Infections or any other facial infections. Please notify me prior to the appointment if you have any concerns.

Eyelashes

Please do not book in for eyelash extensions if you have had a lash lift, make sure lashes have fully "relaxed" before booking in for your eyelash extensions. 

Hygiene

Eyelash application will be refused if the client arrives to their appointment with any Eye Infections. Please notify me prior to the appointment if you have any concerns.

Other Salon Fills

Refilling another eyelash technicians work is not permitted unless assessed and approved prior to booking your appointment. You can do this by sending some images in of your current lashes (open eye & birds eye view). Other salon fills will be charged as "Foreign Refill".

Allergic Reactions

Although rare, reactions towards eyelash extensions may occur at anytime to anyone. This is at no fault of the eyelash technician. All products used are of the highest quality possible. No issuance of refund will be offered if this does occur. In the unlikelihood of a reaction, please contact us immediately and we will remove the lashes with no charge. Patch tests are available upon request.
